As a Channel Sales Manager (CSM) you will build & manage relationships between SAFE and key regional and national channel partners across the globe. In this role, you will report directly to the VP Global Alliances and work with cross-functional teams from SAFE’s Field Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Sales Operations functions, as they will be key resources for you to leverage to attain and exceed sales performance goals.

CSM’s will grow the channel business in your regions through strategic partner planning, enablement, and driving sales acceleration and pipeline generation activities. You will be seen as a trusted Risk Advisor and support the growth of SAFE’s market exposure, brand awareness, and annual revenue targets. Additionally, you will be looked upon to help expand our strategic partner’s ability to increase their own services revenue and competitive product displacement.

Core Responsibilities

    • Manage existing and grow net-new Channel partners that will build a risk practice around SAFE to increase revenues and number of Partner Initiated DealsFocus around expanding SAFE’s TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) products/services 
    • Arrange account mappings and meetings with other SAFE staff and partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities that will lead to Partner Initiated Deals
    • Own Enablement sessions to train our partners field sales/SE staff to ensure we have self-sufficient partners
    • Build up strong relationships with relevant decision makers and key persons within those partners to get the right and needed attention to be set as a strategic partner with them
    • Responsible & accountable to achieve Overall Revenue Targets of the TerritoryAchieve sales targets on a quarter-on-quarter basis with a high degree of forecast accuracy

    • Experience working with consulting firms and strategic value added channel partners to understand their value proposition and how to build up a joint solution
    • Delivers consistently and clearly articulates forecasting reports
    • Able to identify, develop and acquire new partners to support closing opportunities
    • Strong presenter representing as a trusted advisor and risk expertSold competitive CRQ / TPRM solutions and has an extensive experience in Cyber Risk Management
