As we continue to rapidly scale, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and visionary Organisational Development Manager to join our team and drive our organisational development initiatives to the next level. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will have the opportunity to lead the Organisational Development (OD) function, collaborating closely with the CPO to implement strategic initiatives that enhance our company's performance and culture.

What will I be doing

    • Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team on developing talent and identifying opportunities for organisational improvement and development within teams
    • Developing and implementing innovative programs and initiatives based on stakeholder feedback and organisational needs
    • Taking ownership of program development from conception to execution
    • Acting as a thought partner to the CPO, bringing forward creative ideas and solutions
    • Facilitating some internal programs and driving measurable capability improvement
    • Contributing to our Leadership Academy by driving participation, creating peer to peer learning opportunities, assessing skills, and providing feedback  
    • Overseeing the rollout of successful pilot programs and scaling them across the organisation
    • Coordinating skills practice sessions, ensuring that participants have a space to hone their skills and achieve accreditation
    • Establishing and maintaining a landing page on our website to showcase our leadership development initiatives both internally and externally and attract top talent
    • Create visual representations of employee progress and development, fostering transparency and peer-to-peer learning
    • Creatively tackling the challenges of a rapidly scaling business and driving results

What do I need

    • Proven experience in organisational development or related field, with a track record of successfully implementing impactful programs
    • Experience working with senior leadership to drive organisational change and development
    • Strong preference for candidates with coaching certifications and demonstrated ability to have impactful coaching conversations
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams
    • Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work culture, with a commitment to continuous learning 
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, with a hands-on approach to work
