SafetyCulture is a global technology company that is helping to transform workplaces around the world. Our mission is to help working teams get better every day and our technology platform and products give front line workers a voice and leaders the visibility to make smart decisions when driving safety, quality and continuous improvement.

SafetyCulture is one of the fastest-growing tech companies. Our bold ambition is to reach 100 million users worldwide by 2032. Opportunities to help shape a journey like this do not come around often!

We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Systems Engineer who’s passionate about building the future of revenue operations—one automation at a time. You’ll play a key role in redefining how SafetyCulture operates across Sales, Success, and Marketing by designing smart, scalable, and AI-driven systems that reduce manual effort and create space for our teams to focus where it matters: the customer.

You’ll operate with autonomy, trusted to deliver high-impact systems and solutions that align with our business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with the GTM Systems Manager, as well as partners in Data Analytics, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Commercial Operations. You’ll be the go-to technical expert for integrating LLMs into workflows, building API-based automations, and pushing the boundaries of how modern GTM teams should work.

How you will spend your time:

    • Own the design and build of AI-powered GTM workflows, using tools like Workato One, ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n to automate high-volume, high-impact processes across Sales, Success, and Marketing.
    • Work closely with our Data Analytics team to integrate internal LLM models into operational workflows, syncing them across platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
    • Build and maintain robust integrations using Workato (primary), as well as other iPaaS platforms like Tray.io or Zapier, where required.
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects—from discovery and design through to deployment, documentation, and support.
    • Troubleshoot system issues, optimize for performance and scale, and ensure data consistency across all GTM systems.
    • Evaluate new technology and automation opportunities, keeping us at the cutting edge of RevOps innovation.
    • Maintain clear and well-documented technical processes, integration diagrams, and reusable components to drive long-term system scalability.
    • Influence the roadmap and architecture of our GTM systems, advocating for scalable, intelligent automation wherever possible.

About you:

    • 5+ years in a GTM Systems, Revenue Operations Engineering, or Business Systems Analyst role with direct technical ownership.
    • Strong experience with Salesforce and core GTM platforms like Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Clari.
    • Proven expertise building and maintaining integrations in Workato, or equivalent iPaaS tools (e.g. Tray.io, Zapier, Make).
    • Hands-on experience with or a deep interest in AI/ML technologies, including LLMs and intelligent process automation.
    • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system architecture; scripting knowledge (Python or JavaScript) is a strong plus.
    • Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data using tools like SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
    • A proactive, independent working style with a bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Benefits:

    • Equity with high growth potential and a competitive salary
    • 401k
    • Generous Medical Insurance plans
    • Wellbeing initiatives such as subsidized fitness programs, EAP services
    • Paid Parental Leave
    • Access to professional and personal training and development opportunities
    • Hackathons, Workshops, Lunch & Learns
    • We encourage involvement in the community, open source work, attending talks and events, and experimenting with new technologies
    • Quarterly celebrations and team events
