Role Summary:
The SEO Growth Specialist be working on initiatives to improve how our content performs across search engines, how it’s referenced by AI-powered search, and how it’s discovered on emerging platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity. You’ll also contribute to the delivery of CRO experiments that will turn traffic into meaningful action. This is a great opportunity where search is changing fast and you’ll get to help shape where it goes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in optimizing content for search discoverability and AI model visibility
- Support SEO technical experiments and track performance metrics
- Conduct website health checks to identify any opportunities and issues
- Analyze data and report actionable insights to the team
- Coordinate with the wider Organic Growth team to implement wins and share learnings
- Stay up to date with changes in AI search behavior and SEO best practices
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Awareness of how search engines and AI-powered platforms surface and reference content
- Comfortable interpreting data and using Analytic tools
- Some familiarity with A/B testing principles
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to clearly summarise insights and share them with the team
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or knowledge in basic HTML is a bonus

We are located on the 27th Floor SM Aura Office Tower, 26th Street corner McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. Situated in the heart of the premier business district of Manila, a variety of malls, restaurants, cafes, and fast food joints are easily accessible and within walking distance from our office.
