Digital Campaigns Specialist
Role will be in a healthcare-focused full-service marketing agency, supporting the account services team with digital campaign guidance and execution
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a similar discipline
● Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO
● Excellent understanding of contemporary digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
● Experience and/or certification in HubSpot CRM, Pardot, and Salesforce
● Experience with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Semrush
● Strong written and oral communication skills
● Self-starter who excels at working independently and as part of a broader team
● Extremely organized and detail oriented
● Able to thrive in a results-driven environment
● Creative, strategic thinker who enjoys brainstorming and pitching new ideas
● Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
● Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign preferred
● Experience and/or certification in WordPress site editing, additional development experience preferred
● Experience within healthcare preferred
Job Responsibilities
EMAIL MARKETING MANAGEMENT (40%)
● Manage HubSpot CRM for multiple clients
● Work with account team and clients to define target audiences and create lists from Definitive Healthcare and other third-party sources
● Deploy best practices to drive optimized engagement rates, including through message segmentation, A/B testing, engagement and nurture paths, and landing page creation
● Create client-facing success reports and analysis
● Role will grow into creating and running emails campaigns
● Role will include training on various CRMs
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION AND SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING (30%)
● Make strategic website improvements for SEO
● Write and/or optimize copy for digital campaigns for maximum exposure and conversions while maintaining engaging and targeted content
● Perform ongoing keyword expansion, including identification and implementation of keyword opportunities
● Stay up to date with search engine updates and trends to identify and implement contemporary, SEO-driven strategies
● Determine and implement options for targeting specific audiences, such as utilizing Google Ads or other paid online advertising
● Create and maintain service listings on Google and other search engines
● Experience working in and creating reports in Google Data Studio a plus
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT (10%)
● Develop, implement, and manage client social media strategies
● Write and develop copy and assets for various clients’ social platforms
● Manage and oversee social media content
● Create and monitor LinkedIn ads
● Measure the success of social media campaigns and daily activity
● Monitor and engage with communities across all social platforms
● Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
● Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and HootSuite
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT (10%)
● Create and maintain website pages, landing pages, and forms in alignment with current marketing campaigns
● Perform site audits and work with the marketing team to ensure all back-end functionality
● Work with the web team to ensure the website conforms to usability and mobility standards
DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH (10%)
● Review new technologies to keep the company at the forefront digital marketing developments. Send monthly email to team with updates
● Suggest and implement digital marketing methods to increase profitability
● Research and analyze the competition and competitors’ websites
● Regularly track and gain insights into competitors’ strategies
● Work with the account team to conduct market research to better understand targeted audiences
