Job Summary:
The Business Analyst is a key role within the Strategy line of business at Sage Growth Partners. In this role, the qualified individual will be a key team member on client engagements, supporting aspects of client engagements including planning and conducting interviews, executing market research and analysis, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change with our clients. Key activities include:
· Supporting one or more work streams within strategy consulting engagements
· Interacting and building relationships with client project team members
· Leading research efforts
· Assisting with the development of client deliverables
General Accountabilities:
· Perform primary market research, including preparing for and conducting qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys
· Perform secondary research, as needed
· Construct and lead data analysis as required by engagements specific to:
- Market size and segmentation
- Market share and quality of market algorithms
- Quantitative survey analysis and insight visualization
· Assist in the development of client deliverables including reports and presentations
· Plan, organize and prioritize project activities
· Coordinate and deliver effective presentations to client audiences
Role Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (BA, BS)
· Demonstrated interest in healthcare
· Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong problem solving skills
· Familiarity with U.S. health system economics and financing, strategic planning or decision support analytics (preferred)
· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Experience in working with SQL (preferred) with desire and aptitude to further develop analytic skills
