We’re seeking a Director of Business Technology to join our Wealth Management team. This role requires proven, hands-on Practifi CRM expertise and prior experience in the financial services or wealth management industry. Reporting to the EVP, Head of Wealth Management, this role will lead the development and implementation of our technology platform and identify scalable solutions that enhance both the advisor and client experience.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement a modern tech stack aligned to client service and business goals
Lead and support the discovery, selection, and implementation of new platforms and tools
Manage the ongoing administration of key systems including CRM (Practifi CRM expertise required; Salesforce strongly preferred), ensuring licensing, release management, and contract oversight
Document and assess operational processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement
Champion change management and user adoption strategies across teams
Serve as the subject matter expert for Practifi, including training and support for advisors and staff
Improve and scale reporting dashboards and metrics in collaboration with business and operations teams
Provide regular updates on system performance, enhancements, and spending
Foster relationships with vendors and lead cost-effective contracting initiatives
Author clear and impactful communications for both technical and executive audiences
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
7+ years in wealth management technology or a related financial services role (financial industry experience required)
Direct, hands-on experience with Practifi CRM (required)
Strong understanding of CRM platforms, particularly Practifi and Salesforce
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Project Management certification (PMP or similar) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
