About the Role
We’re seeking a Director of Business Technology to join our Wealth Management team. Reporting to the EVP, Head of Wealth Management, this role will lead the development and implementation of our technology platform and identify scalable solutions that enhance the advisor and client experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy, strategic partner who thrives at the intersection of technology and business operations.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement a modern tech stack aligned to client service and business goals
Lead and support the discovery, selection, and implementation of new platforms and tools
Manage the ongoing administration of key systems including CRM (Salesforce/Practifi), ensuring licensing, release management, and contract oversight
Document and assess operational processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement
Champion change management and user adoption strategies across teams
Serve as the subject matter expert for central CRM platforms, including training and support
Improve and scale reporting dashboards and metrics in collaboration with business and operations
Provide regular updates on system performance, enhancements, and spending
Foster relationships with vendors and lead cost-effective contracting initiatives
Author clear and impactful communications for both technical and executive audiences
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
7+ years in wealth management technology or a related client service role
Proven experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing technology systems
Strong understanding of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Practifi
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Project Management certification (PMP or similar) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
