We are looking to recruit an Account Manager. The focus of the role will be to strengthen the client relationship and grow the revenue of the account by retaining renewals, up-sell and cross-sell.  In addition, you will support your customer base with planning their annual program and act as a conduit between the client and internal project management. Significant experience in working with GRC solutions and services sales are required for success.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Ensure timely renewals of existing customer accounts through ensuring the customer receives full value from their existing account and ensuring a strong relationship as a trusted partner;
- Build and strengthen client stakeholder relationship to effectively grown the account through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities;
- Identify and engage with new contacts, influencers, and decision makers within existing accounts;
- Conduct discovery calls and consult with new contacts to identify opportunities to grow the account and actively manage to close new opportunities within the account;
- Be the main point of contract for assigned client account in terms of planning annual training programs, and health-checks;
- Once new projects are agreed coordinate with the project delivery team handover of the day to management of delivery of the program;
- Managing proposal and RFI creations on new projects within your account base;
- Maintain accurate records.   
 
Qualifications and Experience Required: 
- Previous experience selling GRC services and solutions;
- Proven success as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or a Customer Success Manager;
- Excellent Client Relation building skills;
- Commercial experience of managing the full upsell cycle;
- Experience at consulting with client on learning needs;
- Basic technical ability with Microsoft Office 365 products, salesforce.com, LinkedIn/other social media platforms and remote meeting tools.
