We are presently in search of a profoundly experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team!

This position is an integral part of the Creative Services and Product Design team,
working closely with peers in learning design, content strategy, product, project management, development, quality, and client success to design, develop, and implement new products for the SAI360 Learning solution library as well as customer-specific deliverables.

This role requires strong collaborative, brainstorming, and presentation skills to ideate, pitch, and create designs that deliver learner-centric experiences, whether the solution is traditional e-learning content, performance support, or offline/facilitated content.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Design of online user experiences (courses, communications, etc.), as well as offline materials (policies, booklets, posters, fliers, etc) to support mature and complex client-customised learning program needs
- Concept development (mock-ups, prototypes, templates, style guides, and asset libraries) as necessary for new content products or product families
- Understanding of learning content products within our library, their use cases, and leveragability to create personalized, learner-centric experiences for specific customer programs
- Client and internal stakeholder presentations articulating design rationale
- Client or Library design components may include prototypes, page layouts, icons, illustrations, infographics, posters, social media assets:
Produce artwork and digital content as per style guides and briefs ensuring high quality standards are maintained
Embrace the entire process of design, from initial concept through impeccable execution
- Onboard, train, and mentor new team members
- Drive positive process change within the team (help drive strategic initiatives / special projects, active contributor to communities of best practice)
- Complete other tasks as assigned, including, but not limited to:
Vendor Management (SOW prep, creative direction, final delivery inspections)
Reviewing/analysing competitive materials and design strategies
Photo research, mood boards, color correction, image compositing, illustrations, technical diagrams, style guides
Storyboard / interaction map development
Preserving brand integrity throughout product lines with guidance from both product and brand marketing leadership

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Strong foundation with typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy and to create compelling work
- Understanding of information design principles, usability, and the differences designing for online and offline products
- Demonstrated ability to lead design brainstorming and ideation conversations with internal and client-facing groups
- Scoping
- Thorough understanding of the publishing process including file preparation for print and web distribution
- Acute awareness of trends in design and popular culture and the ability to integrate them into the work as appropriate
- Experience designing for global audiences and related language support considerations
- Meticulous attention for detail
- Experience working in a corporate environment (major company or division of a large corporation)
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines

Professional Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio exhibiting a design point of view and polished execution
- Mastery of the standard creative and office software:
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
Office 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Familiarity / competence with the following tools a plus:
Content Management System (Nuxeo, Adobe Experience Manager, SiteCore, etc.)
Project Management Workflow tools
Prototyping tools (Figma, inVision, Axure, Sketch)
Adobe Creative Suite for media production (AfterEffects, Premier, Audition, Photoshop, Animator, Media Encoder, etc.)
XML, XHTML, HTML 5, CSS, CSS 3, Javascript

Salary for this position starts from €38'000 gross/ year. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
