About the role:

We multiple opportunities available for Senior Java Developers to join our team in Perth on a 12 month contract! Based in our Osborne Park Office, the purpose of this role is to perform Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS development tasks to complete continuous product improvements to our EHS 360 Manager application.

Main responsibilities:

• Active participation in Agile Ceremonies including Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Reviews and Retrospectives
• Production of clean well-written code following the organisations coding standards
• Write and maintain complex unit tests with object mocking
• Complete code reviews
 
About you:

• You will have significant work experience as a Java Developer and a good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX.
• You will be Tertiary qualified with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields.
• You will have familiarity with JavaScript module loaders, such as Require.js and AMD.
• Previous experience leading and mentoring a team (desired)
