SAI Global, a global Risk Management Services provider, is recruiting for a Marketing Campaign Manager to support our Risk Management and Learning software portfolio throughout Western Europe (including the UK). With a B2B and software-based product focus, the Marketing Campaign Manager will perform a split strategic and executional role with a focus on Marketing Execution across all marketing disciplines (including direct, email, digital and event marketing). As a Marketing Campaign Manager we are looking for someone to take ownership of campaigns alongside the ability to horizon scan for regulatory and industry change and to use this knowledge to help shape our marketing strategic as we move forward.
Due to the positioning of the role within SAI, the Marketing Campaign Manager will need to be adept at working across multiple marketing campaigns, and the successful candidate will be required to form close working relationships with both Senior Managers and the Regional Sales Teams to drive forward growth in the designated segment. An overview of the main Marketing Campaign Manager duties have been provided below:
•Drive forward and own relevant marketing campaigns and execution plans;
•Contribute to the development of marketing strategy, and assist recommending the most appropriate marketing communication vehicles;
•Manage tactic execution, from briefing and delivery through agencies both in-house and external (if required);
•Brief and co-ordinate in-house agencies to deliver to objectives and timeframes;
•Manage a marketing plan and all stakeholders to ensure completion of actions in the required timeframes;
•Measure campaign results and effectiveness and report back to the business;
•Plan and executive marketing campaign activity, including events, sponsorships, and market research;
•Identify market and competitive trends;
•Develop and refine relevant business value propositions to match trends;
•Manage sales integration and enablement for the Risk Management and Learning portfolio;
•Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to ultimately drive growth for the portfolio.
Experience, Skillset, and Interpersonal Skills:
•Minimum of 3 years’ B2B marketing experience within a services organisation;
•Marketing experience within Risk Management, Compliance, or Software is essential;
•Experience of managing multiple marketing campaigns is essential;
•Agency management experience;
•Degree level education in a marketing or relatable field is preferred;
•Confident and effective communicator, both written and oral, and presenter;
•Ability to quickly pick-up and manage multiple discrete project components;
•Ability to work within virtual teams and be a strong marketing advocate;
•Ability to deal with customers at senior management and board level;
•Strong networking skills;
•Self-motivation and drive coupled with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a broader team;
•Attention to detail and accuracy;
•Good IT literacy and skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
