With a B2B and demand generation focus, the Marketing Manager will perform an executional role with an emphasis across all marketing disciplines (including direct, email, digital and event marketing), and the successful candidate will be expected to drive forward demand generation and lead nurturing throughout the area. As this is a standalone role within the region, yet within a global marketing group, we are looking for someone to take ownership of campaigns. We are looking for someone with the ability to take accountability for key marketing metrics and campaign results as well as someone who has strong experience in using Pardot and/or Adobe Marketing automation campaign platforms.
Due to the positioning of the role within SAI Global, the Marketing Manager will need to be adept at working across multiple marketing campaigns, and the successful candidate will be required to form close working relationships with both Senior Managers and the Regional Sales Teams to drive forward growth and communication in the designated segment. Additionally, due to the geographical spread of the role, fluency in Spanish and English is essential, and fluency in Italian would be highly desirable. An overview of the main Marketing Manager duties has been provided below:
•Drive demand generation for lead creation in market, executing multiple campaigns; Development of marketing strategy for region in line with growth plans and target areas;
•Measure campaign results and effectiveness and report back to the business;
•Plan and executive marketing campaign activity, including events, sponsorships, and market research;
•Identify market and competitive trends;
•Develop and refine relevant business value propositions to match trends in conjunction with product marketing;
•Manage sales integration and enablement for the Assurance portfolio.
Experience, Skillset, and Interpersonal Skills:
•Minimum of 3+ years’ B2B marketing experience within a services organisation;
•Strong Demand Generation/Lead creation marketing experience;
•Experience of managing multiple marketing campaigns is essential;
•Experience of nurturing marketing leads through to sales propositions;
•Experience of using Pardot and or Adobe Campaign platforms;
•Degree level education in a marketing or relatable field is preferred;
•Confident and effective communicator, both written and oral, and presenter;
•Ability to quickly pick-up and manage multiple discrete project components;
•Ability to work within virtual teams and be a strong marketing advocate;
•Ability to deal with customers at senior management and board level;
•Strong networking skills;
•Fluent, both written and spoken, in English and Spanish; Italian fluency would also be advantageous;
•Self-motivation and drive coupled with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a broader team;
•Attention to detail and accuracy;
•Good IT literacy and skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
