MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST 
At SAI Global, The Marketing Automation Specialist will be primarily responsible for the successful delivery and optimization of SAI Global’s Assurance demand generation marketing programs.  

He/she will be hands-on and drive program execution in our marketing automation platform (MAP), Pardot, from quality assurance (QA), maintenance, reporting and supporting roll out of the lead to revenue process between Marketing and Sales. In addition to program execution, the Marketing Automation Specialist will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and lead nurturing.  

Reporting the Head of Marketing, you will be a key player in establishing Lead Gen Marketing as a center of excellence. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve global stakeholders across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Be the main point of contact for SAI Global’s multi-channel program execution for the Assurance Marketing organization
    • Create emails, landing pages, forms and reports within the MAP, including templates for use by others within the department
    • Creation of landing pages for showcase on our website (events, webinars, etc)
    • Monitor and update scoring and lead life cycle programs to support alignment between Sales and Marketing
    • Establish, document, and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
    • Standardize, cleanse, and uploads list imports into the MAP
    • Document Marketing Operations processes, programs and procedures
    • Own the A/B testing strategy, from planning to analysis
    • Ensure effective workflows and data consistency between Pardot and Salesforce
    • Assist in any required implementation and training for marketing technologies and processes –including the phased Pardot upgrades

Qualifications and Experience:

    • Degree from an accredited four year college or university
    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and CRM; Pardot and Salesforce certifications are a bonus
    • Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions
    • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
