IT Implementation Project Manager

Risk – Delivery
The IT Implementation Project Manager primary responsibility is to deliver software implementation projects to clients. A technical background is required, and an ability to closely follow risk, compliance, and policy management industry standards is needed. A suitable candidate must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users through demonstrations, implementation, and conducting product training. Additionally, the IT GRC Consultant must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the project cycle. The IT GRC Consultant role requires a creative, goal oriented, and organized individual.
 1-3 years   developing and delivering software product implementations
 1-3 years working within Implementation team to deliver solutions configured with SAI software that meet or exceed client expectations.
 Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team fostering teamwork and communication throughout the project life cycle.
 Present reports and project results in IT Risk Manager Software.
 Respond to client technical questions
 Communicate customer requirements to Product Management teams
 Support proof of concepts, evaluations, and pilot projects
 Deliver product training to new clients and business partners
Key Responsibilities:
 Responsibilities of this position include leading training and implementations for small to large scale clients.
 Gather and analyze client needs and document these as requirements.
 Configure solutions using IT Risk Manager Software to suit client specific
business process needs.
 Undertake unit testing of all configuration & technical work completed.
 Participate on system testing within Quality Assurance team as instructed by Management.
 Test areas of the product at the appropriate time of development rollout.
 Assess client’s needs for product development issues when applicable, which includes the scope, features, plan and schedule for the development phase.
 Curriculum: Create client specific training curriculum for assigned Instructor within appropriate amount of time for Instructors to plan his/her lessons.
 Configuration: Configure the application based on implementation
 Travel: Travel is required (Estimated 20%)
Experience Required:
 Experience in consultative or professional services environments a must
 General knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) industry preferred.
 Experience in GRC as a practitioner, or with a complementary or competitive products and services a plus
 Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and Visio.) experience preferred. General knowledge of IT: Internet, Infrastructure and Networks. WebEx or GoToMeeting experience a plus. SQL queries knowledge a plus.
 Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills a must.
Education/Professional Qualifications:
 1-3 years related experience and/or training
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, Science or Engineering preferred
 CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, PMP certifications desirable
