SAI Global, a global Risk Management Services provider, is looking to recruit a Programme Manager to help guide and manage client-facing IRM and Compliance software implementation projects on a full-time, permanent basis. The role, which supports the delivery of IRM and Compliance software projects and programmes to clients throughout the EMEA region, will suit an experienced Programme Manager who can work in a demanding and fast-paced business environment. An overview of the main duties has been provided below:

•To manage a programme of works to deliver Compliance and Risk software implementation projects from initial client referral through to initiation, requirements gathering, development, and implementation stages;
•To determine and advise on required resources to complete project activity alongside ensuring all current resource is suitably utilised;
•To create detailed project work plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete implementation projects. Manage, monitor, update and correct plans as the project progresses towards completion;
•To develop and present Implementation Plans to clients and prospects;
•To interact with both new and existing clients, including management of key stakeholders, in order to maintain first class customer relationships;
•To define and document project requirements, manage subject matter experts and client expectations, and to engage in pro-active problem solving;
•To drive projects through to successful completion and maintain accountability to clients;
•To maintain regular contact (email, telephone and face-to-face communication) with clients and key internal stakeholders to ensure the project runs smoothly;
•To participate in status and update meetings, identify documenting, and manage risks issues and actions to project completion;
•To oversee cost control, ensuring projects are delivered within time, to budget, and at the required level.

Experience and Skillset required:

•Experience in a Project or Programme Management role, ideally with exposure to a Governance, Risk and Compliance environment. Experience in software implementation projects is essential;
•Confident and effective communicator, both written and oral, with strong presentation skills;
•Proven track-record in successfully managing multiple project deliverables;
•Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy;
•Self-motivation and drive coupled with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a broader team;
•Have a flexible approach to work, with a willingness to work and deliver under pressure to  meet urgent deadlines that may arise;
•Relevant Project Management qualifications would be beneficial;
•Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50% of weekdays;
•Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential, and fluency in another European language (ideally German or Spanish) would be advantageous.
