SAIT is looking for an SME to help build our Service Now training program

We are looking to develop a course outline and planning for a future project that will be created. We would also like the SME to assist with integrating vendor materials into Brightspace for continuity.

We are in the early stages of defining this initiative and require the expertise of a SME to help shape the future state of the training program. This effort requires a specialized skill set and there is significant value in engaging a SME who is currently active in the industry and has prior experience teaching ServiceNow. Their insights will enable us to collaboratively develop pathways, course outline, course duration and activities. Our approach will involve leveraging and enhancing ServiceNow's existing curriculum to meet our local market demand and SAIT's objectives.

Initial SME contract would be 7 hours, late January, early Feb/2025

4. Identify potential learning events or exercises to reinforce key skills, such as hands-on labs, case studies, or simulations. 5. Suggest assessment strategies to evaluate learner progress and ensure alignment with program outcomes.

Deliverables:
1. Training Program Overview – Description, and clearly defined learning outcomes for the program.
2. Modality Recommendation Report – A summary of the recommended training delivery methods with rationale.
3. Training Structure Outline – A high-level framework of the program, including modules, topics, and flow.
4. Learning Event Suggestions – A list of interactive exercises, activities, or scenarios to enhance learner engagement.
5. Assessment Plan – A proposed approach to evaluating learner progress, such as quizzes, projects, or practical exams.
