Sakon is headquartered in Concord, MA with additional locations across North America, Europe, and India.

We are looking for a Project Manager to work at our corporate headquarters in Concord, MA.  The successful candidate will be someone who can track a project with multiple stakeholders and identify potential problems and provide contingency planning to keep projects on track with a high level of customer satisfaction. He or she must be highly organized and able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing with technical, financial and executive personnel. The successful candidate will be respectfully relentless in focusing a diverse team to deliver the necessary deliverables on time and on budget.

About the Role:

    • Interview project stakeholders to identify and document goals, project success criteria.
    • Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects.
    • Partner with clients to manage Sakon implementations and build long-lasting partnerships.
    • Prepare and lead execute and project meetings.
    • Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules and project milestones.
    • Manage project plans, deliverables, milestone schedules and weekly task lists.
    • Proactively identify project risks and create risk mitigation and contingency plans.
    • Communicate project progress to all stakeholders.
    • Coordinate Sakon resources from various internal teams.
    • Interface with customer project, implementation and account management team to ensure a seamless service delivery to the end customer.
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Update all internal tracking and project management systems in a timely manner
    • Manage multiple implementations in parallel.
    • Transition accounts to internal and partner account management teams.

Skills and Experience:

    • 4+ years of post-college project management experience, SaaS implementation management experience and a proven history of adhering to best practices project management principles
    • Experience or working knowledge of Enterprise TEM and Mobility Solutions and best practices strongly desired
    • Strong knowledge of Smartsheet or MS Project or equivalent
    • Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency a plus
