About the Role

    • Provide expense management support for onshore clients.
    • Responsible for monthly invoice analysis, validation and submission for approval on telecom invoices.
    • Perform invoice analysis to identify errors, discrepancies, and opportunities for savings.
    • Reconcile telecom inventory to invoicing.
    • Present escalation issues, status reports and findings to manager.
    • Process changes to lines and accounts adding/modifying/deleting features.
    • Inventory management activities like keeping inventory updated using CSRs, MACDs and vendor portal reports.
    • Work in collaboration with people from other departments, including IT and Accounting.
    • Build and provide ad-hoc expense reporting.
    • Vendor management activities.
    • Maintaining and updating contract rates in the system.
    • Allocation Management.
    • AP and Accruals creation.

Skills and Experience

    • Telecom Expense Management and/or Accounts Payable experience preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in IT, Accounting, Finance, Consulting, Strategy and/or Analytics OR a High School diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in IT, Accounting, Finance, Consulting, Strategy and/or Analytics.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Working knowledge of Power Point and Word.
    • Analytical skills to compile information requiring combinations of data from multiple sources, the ability to work with numbers and formulas.
    • Solid work ethic, including ability to follow-up, focus on details and take initiative
    • Intellectual curiosity and drive for continuous improvement - personally and with work assignments.
    • Oral and written communication skills, able to work effectively with employees both internal and external to the finance function.
    • Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Effective time management and organization skills with a proven ability to multi-task
    • Participates in the development of technical/business approaches and/or the recommendation of current system enhancements. 
    • Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Must have a valid work authorization to work in the United States.
