IT Manager
 
The IT Manager will provide leadership and guidance for the development, design, and optimization of information technology and systems functions that support company business processes and technical information systems platforms. The individual will be expected to have strong technical knowledge and expertise in IT systems, and be able to work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. The goal of this position will be to ensure that the company's IT systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
 
Responsibilities
·         Provide leadership and guidance for the development, design, and optimization of IT systems functions that support company business processes and technical information systems platforms
·         Analyze, select, and modify enterprise systems, application software, and network hardware/ software to support business operations
·         Ensure infrastructure architecture standards are in place to maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility
·         Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in IT systems
·         Determine and propose budgets for corporate IT requirements, and execute on approved plans
·         Manage database systems to ensure data integrity and security
·         Provide direction and oversight to ensure the protection of the company's data, tools, and information systems
·         Coordinate the delivery of services to user groups and ensure IT service is uninterrupted
·         Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss
·         Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
·         Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
·         Manage and maintain business tools such as ERP / CRM / PLM / MES
·         Manage and execute Help Desk tickets for all user support issues

Desired Experience and Skills
·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or related field), or equivalent experience
·         8+ years of experience in IT systems management and leadership roles
·         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·         Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
·         Experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
·         Demonstrated ability to support infrastructure environment services i.e., Active Directory, Storage Management, IP Telephony, Mobile Device Management
·         Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure requirements (hardware & software), physical & virtual servers, client PC operating systems, antivirus & network security requirements, and business tools
 
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
 
Physical Demands
·         Real-time communications with all Employees
·         Primary function is to utilize, manipulate & handle all IT equipment onsite
·         Frequent visits to two office locations (on the same block)
·         This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Location
Sakuú’s culture is best experienced in person, and selected candidates will be expected to work onsite in our South San Jose office.
$110,000 - $140,000 a year
The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $110,000 to $140,000. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, discretionary target cash bonus, Sakuú offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
