Samba TV is seeking an organized and adaptable self-starter to provide scheduling, administrative, and office support to improve Samba's day to day operations as an Executive Assistant to our executive team. Based in New York, you will be tasked with facilitating processes, and anticipating the needs of our executives that you will support.
We are looking for someone who can take the initiative to solve those problems. You will need to be organized and intuitive to handle the scheduling, trip planning, and documentation needed to successfully support multiple executives. The candidate will be seen as an indispensable part to the day to day success of the leader of our organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage a heavy scheduling load across multiple time zones ensuring that the proper stakeholders are included while proactively establishing priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts which will help maximize our leadership's time.
- Make all arrangements for international and domestic travel and events, and anticipate when externalities or shifting priorities require changes.
- Book lunches and dinners for top executives to ensure seamless travel from start to finish.
- Lite event planning as needed for our executives that have speaker events and site visits.
- Be willing to travel to offices domestically and internationally to help our executives execute on productive business trips.
- Assist in preparation or note-taking for meetings that require input of our executives, and Facilitate processes including signatures and approvals.
- Maintain secure, digital/physical filing of documentation in collaboration with the Legal, Finance or IT team and keep information confidential and secure.
- Work with the Chief of Staff and other Executive Assistants to ensure meeting agendas are in place for all of the executive’s meetings, including executive sessions and for the board.
- Prepare timely, polished materials when needed, including gathering and editing presentations, and content from across the organization.
- Help leadership with international Visas and any travel arrangements for cities like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Hamburg, Warsaw, Amsterdam, Porto, Mumbai, Tokyo, Taipei, or Sydney.
WHO YOU ARE
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Prior experience with executive support, communications, or project management preferred.
- Experience working at a high-growth startup, or in an established corporate environment.
- Highly proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and the Google suite of applications.
- The ability to travel, domestically and internationally, as needed without hesitation or administrative hurdles
- Must meet the highest standards of ethics and personal integrity, with a demonstrated capacity for discretion and for handling confidential information with care.
- An organized individual who can anticipate new situations and isn’t afraid to ask for help.
- A self-starter who finds roles with flexible parameters energizing and has the ability to thrive in that environment.
- A curious, fun, strong, and positive mindset!
- Extensive experience working with AI platforms

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
Samba TV expects to offer a base salary between $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year for roles to be performed in New York or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus opportunity, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives. In addition, Samba provides health insurance, wellness offerings, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), and other employee benefits.
