This GTM Analyst position is responsible for providing insight into the programmatic data business across Samba TV’s advertising solutions, which help brands and agencies deliver their messages across all screens, in real time or anytime. Candidates must have experience in programmatic advertising, be highly motivated, possess outstanding communication skills, and be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing environment. 

Responsibilities:

    • Generate business insights through advanced analytics to improve the GTM organization and facilitate data-based decision-making
    • Proactively implement KPI analyses to uncover trends around Sales and Customer Success performance to help drive revenue
    • Understand the internal operations of the business in order to problem solve in an effort to help Go-to-Market go faster more efficiently
    • Own the Incentive Compensation Process from creation to payment by working cross-functionally amidst tight deadlines and turnaround times
    • Partner with Head of Finance and Heads of Sales to ensure weekly dashboards are updated accurately and timely
    • Implement process and technology solutions to business challenges which will drive operational excellence, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment into the sales organization
    • Own territory and account coverage & assignments with sales teams
    • Perform analyses as required in support of Sales organization for performance measurement and benchmarking

Requirements:

    • Experience working at a Programmatic Advertising Company focused on digital advertising KPIs
    • 3+ years working as part of Finance or Go-to-Market Teams
    • Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce and an understanding of how Salesforce works
    • Knowledge and curiosity about the Data and Measurement landscape
    • Ability to partner with Go-to-Market, Finance and Executive Leadership
    • Willingness to accommodate internal stakeholders that work across multiple time zones
    • Bachelor’s Degree
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
Samba TV expects to offer a base salary between $100,000 - $120,000 per year for roles to be performed in New York City or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives. In addition, Samba provides health insurance, wellness offerings, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), and other employee benefits.
