We are seeking an experienced and passionate Content Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team to help establish Sanas as a thought leader in the industry. Your mission will be to create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and drives desired business outcomes. You will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies that align with our brand's vision, ensuring that our content stands out in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation: Develop and produce a variety of content, including articles, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, podcasts, and social media posts that align with the company’s objectives.
    • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to create and implement a content strategy that positions Sanas as a thought leader in the industry.
    • Audience Engagement: Craft content that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and fosters a sense of community around our brand.
    • Research & Insights: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience needs, and competitive analysis to inform content creation and ensure relevance.
    • Content Optimization: Use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase its visibility and reach.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as product, sales, and customer service, to ensure content aligns with business goals and effectively communicates key messages.
    • Content Distribution: Manage the distribution of content across various channels, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and third-party platforms.
    • Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve future content and achieve business objectives.
    • Content Calendar Management: Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content production and publication.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in content production, with a portfolio showcasing a range of content types.
    • Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and audience engagement tactics.
    • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and content distribution platforms.
    • Experience with multimedia content creation, including video, podcasting, and graphic design, is a plus.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
