SAR High School is a mission-driven, co-educational, modern Orthodox Jewish high school committed to student-centered learning in a challenging and supportive environment.
For the 2024-2025 academic year, SAR High School is seeking a part time Arabic teacher. At SAR High School, we teach a mixture of MSA as well as Levantine dialect. We have been using al-Kitaab, a book that incorporates Egyptian, Levantine and MSA.
Teaching responsibilities could include: Two sections of Arabic (7 periods per week) from intermediate to honors levels and across 11th and 12th grades.
The salary is $17,000-$20,000 and commensurate with experience and number of sections.s.
