Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced LMS Administrator responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring cross-functional teams have access to mission-critical training content in a secure and compliant environment.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and continuous improvement of our LMS. You will support instructors, instructional designers, and learners to ensure an exceptional training experience is delivered.

Responsibilities

    • Implement, configure, and maintain the LMS to meet the evolving needs of our organization and training programs
    • Administer user roles, permissions, and accounts to ensure appropriate access based on function and responsibility
    • Provide front-line support to users, including instructors, instructional designers, and learners, resolving issues and minimizing downtime
    • Monitor system usage, track learner progress, and generate reports to evaluate training effectiveness and compliance
    • Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and FedRAMP-certified platforms
    • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve learner engagement and system performance

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field. Master's Degree is preferred
    • Proven experience as an LMS Administrator or in a related role
    • Familiarity with FedRAMP-certified LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone)
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support technical troubleshooting
    • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
    • Experience working in defense, government, or highly regulated environments is preferred
    • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards is preferred
