Job Overview:

As a Program Data Analyst, you will own the conversion of raw operational data into decision-ready insights and self-service dashboards that power process improvements and solution delivery for the Programs team.

Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with Program Managers and functional leads to surface high-value questions; translate them into well-defined metrics and analytic requirements.
    • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Palantir Foundry (Contour/Quiver) and Power BI; ensure data accuracy, refresh cadences, and intuitive UX.
    • Write SQL / PySpark transformations; execute pipeline design and data quality rules.
    • Perform deep-dive analyses (trend, variance, root-cause) and present concise narratives-turning analysis into action.
    • Develop lightweight forecasting or statistical models where appropriate.
    • Establish KPI catalogs, data dictionaries, and governance artifacts to promote self-service analytics culture.

Qualifications

    • 2-4 years in Business Intelligence, FP&A. Analytics, or similar data-driven role.
    • SQL proficiency with at least one BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Foundry dashboards).
    • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
    • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, supply-chain, or finance.
    • Strong storytelling skills, verbal, written, and data-visual.

    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry or comparable cloud data platforms.
    • Exposure to basic statistical or predictive techniques (e.g., regression, time-series).
    • Familiarity with scripting in Python or R for ad-hoc analysis.
    • Background in manufacturing, defense tech, or industrial operations.
