    • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor production progress against schedules, identify deviations or bottlenecks, and proactively implement corrective actions. Prepare regular reports on production performance, key metrics, and KPIs for management review
    • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout the production process, collaborating closely with quality assurance and compliance teams

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM) preferred
    • Experience in production scheduling, planning, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or defense industry environment
    • Strong understanding of production planning principles, inventory management techniques, and supply chain concepts
    • Proficiency in using ERP systems, manufacturing software, and scheduling tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Project)
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
