We are a remote-first team. Where you choose to work is up to you — we have an office in Dubai and Abu Dhabi that you can utilize as often or little as you'd like. 

As Sarwa's Lifecycle Automation Specialist, you will chart the vision for the function and deliver on the lifecycle marketing strategy across all touch points and stages of the customer journey.

You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Creative & Paid Marketing teams to build a plan that educates prospects about our products, converts new clients, encourages adoption of our ecosystem, and celebrates milestones as our clients work toward their goals.

This might be a right fit if you have:

    • A 2/3 year track record with marketing automation technology (ex. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Hubspot, etc.) and other tools/languages (ex. HTML/CSS, AMPscript, Liquid, SQL, etc.).
    • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams, such as Product and Data Science, to create and execute against shared goals that are based on data-informed hypotheses.
    • Experience shipping end-to-end messaging campaigns and scaled programs. You incept an idea, see it all the way through to implementation and learn how to improve on it next.
    • An understanding of key elements of acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies, including customer journeys, lifecycle marketing (CRM), marketing automation, and the metrics impacted.
    • A natural tendency to think critically and follow a creative and rigorous approach to problem-solving.
    • An ability to execute quickly to allow for continual iteration and experimentation.

Some of what you'll do:

    • Develop a best-in-class lifecycle and CRM strategy, test plan, and measurement framework across channels.
    • Work with Product Marketing and Creative teams to develop and optimize lifecycle programs that nurture leads, onboard new clients, and drive engagement, retention, and advocacy.
    • Own the implementation of the strategy of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives across Sarwa's offerings to deliver value-additive messaging experiences.
    • Own the day-to-day operations and execution of hyper-personalized emails, in-app, and push campaigns including creative development, build-up, and deployment.
    • Explore new strategies with the performance teams to drive upsell, retention, and cross-sell of users (eg. DR promotions, incentives).
    • Leverage consumer insights and data to develop hypotheses about our audience’s needs and develop segments for automated emails.
    • Work with our content team to develop the messaging across automation when needed.
    • Build dashboards and analyze data from various sources to identify the impact, behaviors, and how we are incrementally learning from everything we deploy.
    • Partner with a variety of stakeholders from tech, product, marketing, data science, sales, ops to develop and deliver on shared goals, executing against organizational OKRs.
    • Identify new CRM trends, implement best practices and build processes that enable ongoing experimentation.

    • Interview with People Ops (20 minutes)
    • Take-home assignment (3-4 hours)
    • Deep Dive Interview with our CMO, Nadine Mezher (resume review and assignment review - 90 minutes)
    • Final Interview with CEO (45 minutes)
