The investor experience analyst is a newly created opportunity for a rising star pursuing a career in the finance industry.  This person will learn all aspects of the investor experience (IX) by supporting routine financial/operational functions and the implementation of new processes that will allow for scalability.  A successful analyst will tackle ad hoc requests to ensure we delight internal and external stakeholders with every interaction and ensure operations run smoothly.   The position reports to the investor experience manager.  The ideal candidate will champion our firm’s culture by exemplifying our values and guiding principles, which are:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Demonstrate a humble and enthusiastic willingness to support the various ad hoc responsibilities that occur within a quickly evolving, investor-facing, and service-oriented business function
    • Assist with investor onboarding and document delivery, including completing subscription documents and other forms, tracking documents, and using DocuSign
    • Support the IX team goal of creating an extraordinary experience for investors through the thoughtful and efficient execution of investor days, event planning, gifting, and other strategic initiatives
    • Champion technology-based operational components of the IX function, such as maintaining the investor CRM, investor portal, IX team calendar, and IX resources on our cloud-based file system
    • Collaborate with team members to prepare materials for investor meetings, such as populating investor liquidity plans, preparing reports, and assembling materials following brand guidelines
    • Provide financial support by monitoring investor cash balances and preparing routine investor cash reports
    • Assist in the tracking of investor capital calls and reminder processes for those outstanding
    • Provide support for the Satori Alpha month-end processes, such as following through on investment redemptions and monitoring the investment waitlist
    • Perform detailed review of Satori’s fund administrator’s deliverables, such as capital call notices, distribution notices, and opt-in/out notices
    • Promote and demonstrate “living our values” in accordance with the firm’s values and guiding principles

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • At least two years of experience in finance, accounting, or investor relations, preferably within the financial services industry
    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with studies in finance, accounting, or business
    • Experience working with Microsoft Office, including basic Excel models
