Responsibilities Will Include

    • Manage the recruiting and onboarding of new Saturn employees across Product and Growth
    • Develop deep understanding of Saturn’s Technology teams and candidate profiles that we readily hire for
    • Develop strong partnerships with leaders and managers throughout the organization
    • Develop strong understanding of Saturn’s compensation philosophy and work closely with leadership on offers and onboarding
    • Oversee payroll, benefits and employee onboarding across the org 
    • Audit expenses, work travel and time off across the organization 
    • Manage Saturn’s interview process, control candidate management and pipeline
    • Oversee Saturn’s office and all office management needs 
    • Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting peers to refine Saturn’s talent strategy
    • Provide guidance to leaders and managers across Technology on approach to recruiting and selection, resulting in stronger and more diverse talent pools

To Succeed, You Will Need:

    • An innate competitive drive to source and attract top tech talent of varying experience levels and backgrounds
    • Experience in a full-cycle technical recruiting function, with at least some of that experience being in-house
    • Experience in building diverse candidate pools and inclusive hiring practices 
    • Must be located in New York City


    • 5+ Years Experience in technical recruiting 
    • A track record of successful candidates placed at tech companies 
    • Ability to explain your process 
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • A positive attitude and a willingness to tackle any challenge thrown at you
