Your responsibilities as a QA Analyst will include:

    • Partnering with Product and Design to understand new feature development and review requirements 
    • Leading the design, implementation, and execution of test plans and test cases for new and existing features across mobile and web platforms
    • Developing effective process and establishing standards for manual QA testing and bug reporting 
    • Partnering with Product, Operations and Data teams to define quality metrics and KPIs, and communicate status to various stakeholders
    • Collaborating with Operations and Support teams to understand common issues, perform root cause analyses, provide risk assessment, and evolve test scenarios
    • Documenting procedures and best practices to enable teams across disciplines to perform manual testing 
    • Troubleshooting issues, validating, reproducing and triaging bugs
    • Championing product integrity and user experiences
    • Contributing to quality and performance initiatives, including automation of test cases
    • Partnering with the engineering team to integrate test suites into the continuous integration system

You should have:

    • 3+ years of experience working as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or equivalent, preferably on iOS. Other mobile and web testing is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or other technical field
    • A strong understanding of quality assurance test methodologies and the software development life cycle
    • A strong attention to detail; an eye for quality and performance
    • A proven track record of delivering high quality and tested software on-time
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and collaboration skills
    • A strong customer focus, excellent problem solving, and analytical skills
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment
