The Product Care team supports millions of users around the world. In this role, you will be on the front-line of customer care - the Sherlock Holmes to their problems. We provide personalised support to every user, and we strive to go above and beyond to resolve their queries. 

Your day to day will involve: 

- Responding to support queries
- Answering reviews
- Working closely with Software Testers 
- Learning the intricacies of new and existing software
