We’re a software company, located in North Hobart. We’re a team of 50+ people who are passionate about making a positive change in the creative industry. Our digital art application, Procreate, is used by the world’s leading creative professionals and millions of artists world-wide.

You’ll be working with a chef who has honed his craft in top-tier restaurants across Australia, and an experienced team lead with passion and the knowledge and drive to back it up.

Who are we looking for?
Given the central nature of this role, we’re looking for someone who loves caring for others, is friendly and loves to chat and banter.
We have a few self-professed coffee aficionados who appreciate quality, so if you have a background in specialty coffee, you'll always have someone to discuss the finer points with. (We are also open to training you if you already have a foundational knowledge and experience in coffee-making.)
Seperate sections, one team!
Besides your core responsibility for coffee, you’ll be helping out with daily kitchen activities such as deliveries, stock monitoring, basic food preparation, dishwashing and generally keeping the kitchen clean, organised and fully functioning. As we have a lean team, it is important to us that you can show initiative, work fast, efficiently, and unsupervised. Restaurant or coffee shop management experience will be valued highly.
