Your Impact: What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute brand-aligned marketing strategies to acquire new customers and drive engagement across different channels
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns or initiatives, from ideation through execution, to drive customer acquisition and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute compelling marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience
- Optimize marketing processes and costs to enhance efficiency in customer acquisition efforts, ensuring sustained user growth
- Utilize analytics and performance data to optimize campaigns and improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) efficiency
- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve conversion rates and customer acquisition costs
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ yrs) in marketing, marketing communications, b2c marketing, or related roles in fintech or financial services
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective growth marketing strategies that have driven significant customer acquisition and revenue growth with measurable business results
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making and performance-tracking
- Mature experience in campaign development, implementation, and optimization (end-to-end project management)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools, including digital platforms, CRM, analytics tools
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
