Duties and Responsibilities

    •  Responsible for developing and executing B2C marketing strategies to promote SAVii’s services, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth
    •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing Operations, Customer Success Team (CST),  and other internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with overall business goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
    • Utilize market insights to devise marketing strategies that target specific customer segments effectively
    • Manage all CST’s marketing requirements for onboarding and engagement activities
    • Execute and manage marketing campaigns, from concept development to implementation and performance analysis (end-to-end campaign management)
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
    • Together with Marketing Operations, help create engaging and relevant marketing materials including emailers, social messaging posts, SMS, etc.
    • Ensure that the content adheres to the brand's tone, style, and messaging guidelines
    • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • At least 3 years proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or related industry
    • Proficiency in using marketing and data analytics tools to gather and interpret data
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills
    • Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
    • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and project management tools
