About the role

As a Senior Product Manager you’ll lead one of our cross-functional teams focused on part of our financial services. You’ll be driving the roadmap, prioritization and problem-solving. You will report into the Product Director for this role. We’re looking for product leaders who can manage business stakeholders and their teammates to create products that delight our customers. You won’t be micromanaged and need to be comfortable with a good degree of autonomy while being able to handle healthy debate.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with Savii’s vision
    • Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
    • Be practical and able to explore the state of the art, without losing sight of Savii’s constraints and standards
    • Build a strong cross-functional team and ensure that we have the appropriate resources to solve our product challenges
    • Analyze processes and user journeys, identify pain points and structure product objectives
    • Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
    • Manage your product lifecycle from design to implementation, testing, release, promotion, monitoring and support.
    • Prioritise our initiatives and ensure products are launched correctly and on schedule
    • Measure and track product use, impact on end users and progress of your product objectives
    • Work closely with engineers to review the technical design end ensure its suitability in the context of current & future initiatives

Must-have qualifications

    • Engineering experience or high level of technical proficiency is a must
    • Experience working in product management
    • Knowledge of Agile principles, cadences and the maturity to implement those principles
    • Strong business and technical vision
    • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Good understanding of solution development cycle, and ability to shipping solutions on time
    • High level of abstraction and able to find simple solutions to complex problems
    • Exceptional customer relationship skills with ability to see beyond the business feature requests to understand the underlying problem that needs to be solved.
    • Ideally have experience within emerging economies

Nice-to-have qualifications

    • Experience in B2C lending across different financial products is a plus
    • Preferably experienced working on with Core banking system or other complex financial system
    • Being located in Manila is a plus
