Duties and Responsibilities

    • You deliver engaging customer experiences through different multimedia outputs. 
    • You will drive creative inspiration, motivation, coaching, and training to the creative team.
    • You will coordinate with internal resources for design, digital, social, and event needs. 
    • You will identify, assess, and solve problems in design development processes and operations.
    • Your experience with various tools will be critical to the success of our creative outputs.
    • The position requires frequent shifts in focus, task, & responsibility while working on multiple projects.
    • You will help build marketing campaigns to create awareness & engagement with target audiences.
    • You will ensure that endorsed or published materials are correct at all times.
    • You will work with internal teams to ensure process and quality checks in all designs are in place.
    • This high-impact role will work across functions, interact with clients, vendors, and senior leaders.

Accountabilities

    • Visual Identity -  You will help establish and manage a branding & design framework in the organization and ensure these are built through best practices. This will be used as an internal guide on how to leverage design for specific personas/target audiences
    • Brand Positioning - You will illustrate our key messaging, positioning, including brand storytelling, value proposition, and differentiators to our target audiences. You will ensure that these are efficiently and effectively shared both internal and external to the organization
    • Design Development - A creative-intensive role. You will build assets, materials, collaterals through various tools, mediums or channels, and ensure all-around brand consistency (style, fonts, images and typography, etc). You will conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
    • Research - You will execute research needs in support of marketing campaigns. You will research how to produce solid and compelling content which may include salary loans, salary advance, insurance, savings, etc
    • Cross-Team Collaboration - You are responsible for aligning with internal and external teams on shared design goals. You will collaborate with the team and other departments to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements. As you work closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure that feedback is documented and addressed, and that everyone is aligned
    • Project Management - You are responsible for the necessary project management of multimedia assets required to achieve deliverables and complete major programs (including, but not limited to concept building, storyboard, implementation plan, etc.)
