Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee and implement administrative procedures and operations related to team logistics and project execution, such as organizing and printing documents, scheduling, and general tasks
    • Receive and releases files and/or transmits confidential documents
    • Compile and collates files
    • Maintain efficient filing system and conducts regular inventory of files
    • Serve as a liaison for messengers and the administrative representatives of counterparties
    • Assist with planning and scheduling meetings
    • Supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the office 
    • Help improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Oversee that the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
    • Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time


    • Bachelor's degree
    • Preferably with Administrative experience
    • Highly organized and results-oriented
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
    • Can communicate effectively with various stakeholders
    • Can manage multiple tasks
