The core purpose of this position is to oversee and execute customer projects in the Federal Region. Professional and Expert services teams provide customer and partners deep Saviynt technical and implementation services to assure customer success
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Senior customer stakeholder management
- Account management and project management including reporting and service level tracking.
- Cross collaboration with Saviynt internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and project delivery.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10 years’ experience in IGA domain, 2 years project management, 1 year account management
- Experience with FedRAMP control framework.
- Bachelor’s degree
