We are looking for an experienced and highly collaborative Director Creative Services to establish, lead, and scale our in-house creative function. As the head of design for a fast-growing SaaS company, you will build and manage a small but high-performing design team responsible for producing compelling creative assets that drive brand consistency, sales enablement, and marketing impact.This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll oversee the production of digital and physical assets—from brochures and PowerPoint presentations to trade show booths—while managing external vendors, video production, and creative operations. You’ll also be accountable for streamlining the content creation process (content operations) across marketing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest quality.

What You'll Be Doing: The Impact You'll Make

    • Creative Leadership: Define and execute the company’s design vision and standards, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and sales channels.
    • Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a small in-house design team; manage external agencies, contractors, and creative partners.
    • Asset Development: Oversee the design and production of marketing and sales materials, including digital content, brochures, pitch decks, trade show booths, event collateral, and corporate presentations.
    • Video & Multimedia: Manage video production projects from concept through delivery, including vendor relationships, script development, and creative direction.
    • Content Operations: Implement project management processes and tools to streamline creative requests, workflows, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership to translate business needs into effective creative solutions.
    • Quality & Efficiency: Establish scalable creative operations that balance high-quality output with speed and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

What You Bring: Your Unstoppable Edge

    • 15+ years of experience in design, creative services, or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record building and managing small, high-performing creative teams.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design, as well as event/trade show creative.
    • Hands-on experience managing video production and creative vendors.
    • Excellent project management skills with experience implementing creative workflows and content operations processes.
    • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday.com).
    • SaaS or B2B technology industry experience strongly preferred.
