As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and launching a groundbreaking product focused on identity security in cloud and SaaS environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive the product roadmap, development, and go-to-market execution. We are looking for someone who is creative, thinks out of the box, and thrives in an independent role where they can take ownership of the product’s success from ideation to launch.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Roadmap Development: Define, prioritize, and manage product features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to identify trends and unmet customer needs. Demonstrate strong empathy to truly understand and address customer challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate progress, and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- User Experience: Champion a seamless and secure user experience, ensuring no compromise between ease of use and robust security features.
- Cloud Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to guide product decisions and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Identity & Security Governance: Ensure the product adheres to best practices in identity security and governance, staying ahead of evolving standards and regulatory requirements.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Experience: 4-5 years of product management experience, with a focus on cloud-based products, business applications, and identity management/security.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven expertise and hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is required.
- Identity Management: Strong understanding of identity management principles, including identity security, identity governance, and related technologies.
- Cybersecurity: Familiarity with security frameworks, data protection regulations, and governance practices, particularly as they apply to cloud and SaaS environments.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development from ideation to launch.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer empathy, with a track record of delivering products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Experience with multi-cloud strategies and hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience as a developer is a plus.
- Understanding of API security, secrets management, and zero-trust architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
$175,000 - $200,000 a year

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
