WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- In the role of Sr. SDET Engineer, you will be validating a highly-scalable and extensible SaaS enabled Platform, working with internal customers on adoption, as well as identifying and resolving problems throughout the project life cycle. A proven track record of working closely with cross-functional teams like Product Management & other teams by understanding the priorities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Should have 3 to 6 years of experience in manual testing.
- Sound knowledge of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
- Should have in depth understanding of software testing inclusive of Functional Testing, Compatibility Testing, Usability Testing, GUI performance testing, Creative Testing and Accessibility Testing.
- Ability to analyze business functions and identify test scenarios (positive, negative, regression, upgrade, UAT testing) and derive test cases.
- Should be proactive in test cases execution, defect discussion, defect logging and risk identification.
- Should have good experience in API and Integration testing.
- Ability to understand database design and experience in writing SQL queries from testing perspective.
- Basic knowledge in JAVA programming.
- Strong understanding of Agile-Scrum methodologies.
- Working knowledge with issue trackers and project management tools like JIRA
- IGA/IDM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Quick learner and having ability to meet tight deadlines and be productive with new technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills and a team player spirit.
