- Charting New Territories: When we expand, you'll be the compliance trailblazer, meticulously gathering local regulatory requirements and ensuring we have all the tools and resources needed to thrive in new markets.
- Driving Sustainable HR: Be a key player in our ESG initiatives, monitoring and ensuring adherence to critical regulations and corporate sustainability goals within the HR function. You'll weave ESG practices into our HR fabric, track vital metrics, and administer our Corporate Sustainability tool (Ecovadis) to boost our scores.
- Becoming the Go-To Guru: You'll be the trusted point of contact for all employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, offering clear, concise guidance. You'll also be our voice for sales requests, ensuring our policies and practices are perfectly aligned for RFPs.
- Unlocking Insights from Data: Dive deep into HR data, identifying trends, spotting opportunities for improvement, and pinpointing potential risks. Your reports will provide senior management with a crystal-clear picture of HR operations, compliance, and project success.

What You Bring: Your Unstoppable Edge
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential, with a Master’s degree or a prestigious HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) highly preferred – a mark of your dedication and expertise.
- A minimum of 10+ years of dynamic experience in HR operations and generalist functions, with a proven track record in policy writing, compliance, and strategic project management.
