Roles & Responsibilities:

Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing.

Develops and implements sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates.

Interfaces directly with the Recruiter to gain understanding of position requirements and all aspects of the requisition.

Thoroughly assessing candidates basis skills and experience, area of interest, geographic location in US and visa types

Work within the technology platform (ATS) to track all aspects of the recruitment process for reporting purposes.

Effectively review talent from all channels, moving qualified candidates to the Recruiter for the next hiring process step.

Complete customized pre-screen questionnaire to ensure validation of potential candidates match requisition requirements.

Qualification required:

Sourcing through various channels Linkedin is must

7+ years minimum experience in US IT Recruitment.

Familiarity with social networks, professional websites, and resume databases

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written·

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment·

Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.
