Saviynt is looking for a motivated and energetic native Canadian French/English speaker to drive pipeline building efforts for the Canada region!

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Meet/exceed KPIs including daily/weekly activity metrics and monthly/quarterly opportunity creation goals. 
    • Collaborate with Account Executives and Partners to book meetings and create qualified opportunities with key stakeholders at target accounts. 
    • Outbound prospecting into Fortune 1000 companies including heavy cold calling and targeted email/LinkedIn outreach to CXOs, VPs and other decision makers that fit Saviynt’s Ideal Customer Profile. 
    • Qualify inbound leads and increase conversion rates through diligent follow up, adhering to defined SLAs. Become a subject matter expert with the ability to align business challenges with Saviynt’s value propositions.
    • Overcome objections, identify buying windows and uncover compelling events that result in closed/won business.
    • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records on lead activity in Salesforce.com to ensure effective lead development and a seamless hand-off to Account Executives.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing on all digital and field marketing activity, including occasional onsite event attendance (as needed).
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be a bilingual Canadian French/English speaker.
    • 2+ years of professional work experience
    • Excellent time management skills are critical to success in this role.
    • Flexible attitude and the ability to thrive in an rapid-growth startup environment.
    • Proven track record of successful high volume cold calling experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to generate interest with CXOs, VPs and other decision makers at large Enterprise accounts.
    • Must be a positive, team-oriented, self-starter who can work independently and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo and other prospecting tools.
    • Experience prospecting into fortune 1000 accounts with complex Enterprise sales cycles strongly preferred.
    • Identity Management and/or cloud security experience is a major plus.
    • Ability to travel throughout Canada and the US as needed  (3-10% of the time).
