About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Global Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) who understands the pace, complexity, and customer focus of enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations. You will be a thought partner to GTM leaders, supporting organizational growth, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness during a critical phase of scale.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Global Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) who understands the pace, complexity, and customer focus of enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations. You will be a thought partner to GTM leaders, supporting organizational growth, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness during a critical phase of scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders across global sales, CS, pre-sales, marketing, and partnerships, helping to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Guide and support org design, team scaling, talent planning, and structural changes to support rapid growth and evolving business needs.
- Drive core people programs including performance management, engagement, succession planning, employee development, and change management.
- Use a data-informed approach to diagnose team health, track performance trends, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies that support GTM scale and structure. 1
- Partner across the HR and leadership team to create role-specific development plans for enterprise sales and customer-facing roles.
- Support total rewards benchmarking and incentive design alignment for GTM roles in partnership with the Compensation team.
- Champion our culture and values, and foster a high-performance, inclusive environment that supports retention and growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP supporting global GTM teams in an enterprise SaaS or high-growth tech company.
- Deep understanding of the revenue lifecycle, including sales motions, customer onboarding, success metrics, and partnership development.
- Demonstrated success in scaling GTM functions through people programs, leadership coaching, and organizational design.
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced, evolving business.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to influence and drive alignment at all levels.
- Experience working with tools like Lattice, Rippling, or equivalent HR systems is required; knowledge of quota-based compensation structures is a plus.
- Global HR exposure or experience supporting distributed teams is strongly preferred.
$100,000 - $135,000 a year
The target base salary for this position is $100,000-$135,000 plus bonus and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
