Job Description:

Lead complex design projects for features as part of the discovery process including: research, requirement ideation, prototyping, and testing; Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams including: product managers, engineers, and leadership stakeholders to define project goals, requirements and success metrics; Conduct user research and testing to incorporate findings into updated feature requirements and roadmap planning; Data Analysis and Interpretation: collaborate with data analysts and subject matter experts to understand the data being visualized. Analyze and interpret data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be effectively communicated through visual representations; Maintain user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to peers; Manage the design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across all products and platforms; Help mentor and provide guidance to junior designers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth; Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques and apply them to enhance the overall user experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Product Design, Industrial Design, or closely related field. 3 years as UX Designer or any other related occupation in which UX design experience is gained. Must have visual design and user experience principles and skills, ability to create key design deliverables such as site maps, user flows, wireframes, style guides, visual design comps and prototypes, and ability to translate designs into clearer requirements for development.
