We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead our company's demand generation initiatives. This key position requires advanced knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, as well as the ability to develop creative campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and revenue for a B2B financial technology company.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Direction: Collaborate with leadership to set the strategic direction for customer acquisition and expansion into new markets.

2. Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, launch, management, and review of our B2B marketing campaigns across channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and automated drip campaigns.

3. Performance Metrics: Manage target KPIs, including top and bottom funnel metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), cost per lead, cost per acquisition, closing percentages, and average deal size.

4. Vendor Management: Manage outside agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring quality and efficiency of work.

5. Marketing Calendar: Oversee the day-to-day execution of our marketing calendar across all channels and mediums.

6. Brand Identity: Ensure that quality standards in design, messaging, and tone are in alignment with our brand identity.

7. Lead Management: Work to ensure that effective processes exist for the management of inbound SMB leads and collaborate with operations to optimize marketing automation and lead acquisition across all platforms.

8. Forecasting and Reporting: Create B2B forecasts and marketing reports with detailed data and insights, regularly analyzing sales data and reporting findings to the marketing VP and the rest of the C-suite.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B customer acquisition in financial services.

2. Storytelling: Proven ability to match the message to the medium and get results.

3. Team Building: Experience building a well-rounded marketing team, including sourcing, onboarding, and managing.

4. Analytical Mindset: Proficient with multi-variate testing, attribution models, and ROI-driven optimization techniques. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and running tests is a plus.

5. Data-Driven: Analytical and data-driven, with knowledge of success metrics, behavioral and demographic targeting.

6. Marketing Automation: Deep experience with marketing automation. Salesforce and Pardot experience is a plus.

7. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a track record of delivering campaign results.

8. Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
