REGULAR MARKETING NINJA / COMMUNITY MANAGER

Location: Office (from time to time - remote)

Team: Marketing/HR

-Offices in Poland - Gdańsk, Rzeszow, Warsaw

-US office

-89 clients all around the world (mostly US-based)

-7 years on the market

-Working on hot and complicated topics like Functional Programming, Big Data, Machine Learning, Analytical Dashboards, and Blockchain

-Different teams - Front and Back-End Developers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, Testers, Marketers, UX/UI

Team player
Have at least 3 years experience in Marketing, Social Media, Copywriting, Email marketing, event marketing, website content management with basic SEO knowledge
Willing to create catchy social media posts with engaging content by building great stories with others via Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Behance, Dribble)
Hungry to work with and share knowledge with international and proactive IT communities
Want to drive the initiatives worth sharing (charity actions, challenges, etc.) and engage our social media followers
Fluent in English enough to be not afraid of live streaming sessions
Open-minded and passionate about technology with a growth hacking mindset
Passionate about marketing - you follow influencers, listen to podcasts, like to learn tools and experiment
Want to “Do the right thing”
Positive, energetic person with an open attitude
Know the following tools (Wordpress, Canva, Google Analytics)

Good understanding of the way social media works (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, Reddit, Discord, Twitter, YouTube, Behance, Dribble)
Copywriting skills
Basic photo and video editing skills
Able to interact, and build the community around brand and given topic
Willingness to learn and experiment
Fluent English
Being proactive and taking ownership of your task

Develop Social Media strategy with KPI’s and metrics
Write SEO friendly content
Organize meetups, events, conferences
Manage content on scalac.io website, and medium
Be the voice of Scalac on Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, Reddit, Discord, Twitter, YouTube, Behance, Dribble)
Write and share news and great stories with others
Establish relations with communities, event and meet up organizers
Cooperate with different types of people (most of them work remotely)
Work with an international team
Hang out with tech people
Drive the initiatives worth sharing and do something crazy from time to time
Work with communities all around the world and build our presence there

Monthly salary 4100-7000 PLN gross (UoP)
