As a Business Development Representative, you will:

    • Prospect, build relationships, and close business 
    • Expand Scalac presence and acquire new customers
    • Conduct qualification calls and attending business trips
    • Create proposals matching clients’ needs
    • Experience in complex long sales processes
    • Negotiate terms and close deals
    • Uncovering the needs of potential clients and understanding how Scalac software development and IT consultancy services can address them
    • Generate your own leads (leads will be provided by the company only sporadically)
    • Exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (qualified opportunities, deals, revenue, etc.)
    • Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business

What do we expect from you?

    • Proven track record of prior success selling B2B IT Services (software development, cloud, SaaS) directly to executives in small, medium, or large companies.
    • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
    • At least 2+ years experience in a lead generation field
    • Previous experience with using CRMs
    • Negotiation skills at a good level
    • Interest in the tech industry and/or start-up environments
    • A valid Passport
    • US citizenship or having a green card
    • Willingness to get the job done and lack of “it’s not my area of expertise” approach as we value T-shaped people
